I love to read, write, draw, and take walks in the fog. I'm an artist that is trying to find my own niche and vein. Fresh out of high school, I'm always experimenting and pushing my creative boundaries. I'm a human trying to make sense of It all, but loving life.

I've been hurt, made mistakes, and yet I'm here. Don't let Other people rule or manipulate how You live. And Always remember:
Music is godly, and might just save your life.

At the moment I'm in the middle of a really big graphic novel kick, and my favorites include Batman (Frank Miller, and Jeph Loeb) and also The Umbrella Academy (Gerard Way).

If you'd like to strike up a conversation through notes, you are more than welcome. I should be able to respond relatively shortly.

FYI, good reading:

"And we can be on the phone for three hours..

Sun Jun 21, 2009, 4:06 AM
Not sayin' one word
And I would still cherish every moment
And when I start to build my future she's the main component
Call it dumb call it luck call it love or whatever you call it but
Everywhere I go I keep her picture in my wallet like here

Take a look at my girlfriend
She's the only one I got."

Wow. Been a most excellent of a week!
Not only is it summer, as I graduated Thursday the 11th, but I also had the opportunity of an awesome-time! On Thursday, :iconmarkusie:'s family and I jumped on a ferry to Friday Harbor, and then took a motorboat to Waldron Island. That's literally 2 miles from the border to Canada. We got to stay at the Sandy Point Farm at the hospitality of Susan and her husband, Derek. But staying on a great piece of land apparently wasn't enough. No, we also had the fortune of having Samuel Green come over for dinner. Samuel Green, as in the Poet Laureate of Washington State. I was surprised he remembered me from February when I gave him a charcoal portrait of him. Greatness!

So, that was Thursday night.

Saturday night;
The local art museum has an annual art auction that is a really big event, and I entered a piece this year. I had no idea what to value it as, so Greg, the Director, wrote in a price for me. I would've said $50. Greg wrote in $200 as the value. All auction pieces had starting bids at half-price and go from there. In a silent auction, my piece sold for $140, my very first professionally sold piece!

Seeing all that awesome artwork also inspired me to keep going with my own!

And to top off the week, I am happy to announce that it has been a month being with :iconfieryhopes: :D

Okay, now I'm going to sleep!
